Rosé wine obtained from Uva di Troia grapes, after a brief cryomaceration on the skins, the free-run juice ferments at low temperature in stainless steel tanks.
The refinement occurs first in stainless steel tanks and subsequently in bottles. The resulting wine is of intense and bright pink color, with floral and fruity aromas reminiscent of notes of currants, raspberry, and orange blossoms. On the palate, it is full-bodied, savory, and harmonious.
